Kits are everything you would need to needlepoint our canvases. My kits include two needles, the proper amount of thread (as opposed to buying an entire skein), a seam ripper, a needle threader, and a project bag.
If you ever purchase a kit from us and run out of thread or lose an accessory, we will send you more free of charge!
Yes! Just purchase the canvas you want to buy and send us an email or chat letting us know you want it kitted and we will make it for you.
Sign up for re-stock notifications, which are located on each individual product page. This way, you will know the moment your canvas is back in stock.
This is dependent on the demand for each item. If there is enough people signed up for a re-stock notification, we will make every effort to re-stock in four weeks.
Please note that I am a one-woman show with a newborn baby at home. I try and ship 2x a week. If you have placed an order and have not received a shipment notification after two weeks, please contact me.
We are happy to offer worldwide shipping! Shopify will calculate your shipping rate based on where you live and offer a discounted price. Please be aware that if shipping internationally, there may be custom fees applied that the buyer is responsible for paying.
Please email us right away with a photo of the incorrect order/damaged product! We will send you a return label to send it back to us. Once we have it in our office, we will send out the correct/fixed item to you free of charge.
STITCHING AND FINISHING
I always recommend your LNS (local needlepoint store). They will help you finish anything you may need while also offering fun and new ideas of how to best finish your project.
If you need help finding a finsher, we can recommend our favorites as well.
The world is truly your oyster! You can turn needlepoint canvases into just about anything you want. I personally love ornaments, pictures, frames, coasters and keychains. Pinterest is a great resource for inspiration, as well as Instagram and your local needlepoint store.
On specific product pages, and their corresponding blog post, I'll usually suggest how I would finish the canvas as a helpful guide.
